Returns Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind about the purchase.

Products will accepted for return if:

The incorrect product was sent

The product is found to be defective

Please call us within 14 days to see if we are able to assist with further instruction, or to determine if the product is functioning correctly.
We will assess the faulty product and repair or replace it at our discretion.
Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts, accessories and packaging.
All returned goods are at your own risk and we suggest you register and insure all articles.
The Farmer Shop will not accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged, or lost in transit and not received by us.
Returns by COD will not be accepted.

The product does not perform as expected: 30 Day Performance Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered on a joint liability basis whereby the purchaser agrees to follow all instructions for use and training guidelines as outlined in the product manual.

If the product does not perform satisfactorily it may be returned under the following conditions:

The product is first approved for return by contacting us on 0429 503 044.
Goods are returned with a copy of your original receipt within the 30 day period from date of purchase.
Goods are returned in reasonable condition and include all packaging and accessories.
The purchaser shall pay the cost of postal return.
A restocking fee of 10%(minimum $19.00) will be charged on all returned items.
Deductions will be also be made from the receipted purchase price to cover the cost of postage, consumables and missing or damaged items.
Consumables include replaceable batteries, collar straps that are cut or have dog odour, spray cannisters and used containment fence wire & flags.
All returned goods are at your own risk and we suggest you always obtain a tracking number and insure more expensive items.

All Guarantees are valid to the original purchaser only and are not transferable if product is onsold.
